I had a great experience at the store. This is my go to for all my golfing needs! If you've never been you have to go there! They do a great job with club fittings and have an excellent clothing selection. Madison S. was super helpful and so sweet and helped me with everything that I needed! Madison took her time and offered her help and told me about the store deals that were going on that day. I highly recommend this store to any golfer. Can't wait to go back!

I've had an outstanding experience at PGA Superstore every time I've visited. The entire staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and truly committed to providing top-tier customer service. They take the time to answer questions, offer honest advice, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. A special thank you to the store manager Stephen, who has consistently gone above and beyond to help me out. Whether it's fixing my clubs or making sure everything is performing the way it should, his expertise and willingness to help have made a huge difference. I'd also like to recognize Terry and Kelly for the time they've invested in helping improve my game. Their knowledge, patience, and coaching have been invaluable, and I've seen real progress because of their guidance. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers and their success on the course. I highly recommend PGA Superstore to golfers of all skill levels. The service, expertise, and overall experience are second to none!

My experience at the PGA Tour Superstore exceeded all expectations. Peter Jackson was such a huge help. He was knowledgeable, listened and asked questions to help me find the perfect set of clubs. He was patient and kind. He went above and beyond. There was one set I wanted to try that the PGA store was out of and he even recommended I go down the road to a local competitor to try them out. My experience at the local store down the street was so terrible that I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from them. All that to say, when I finally decided on my clubs, I came back to the PGA store to buy from them because of the amazing experience I had.

I had an excellent experience getting fitted for a new set of clubs thanks to Kelly. I walked in feeling pretty intimidated, but he was immediately encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly, which helped me relax right away. Before long, I felt comfortable swinging and asking questions, and I never felt rushed or talked down to. Kelly really knew his stuff and took the time to explain his recommendations clearly. I ended up purchasing a full set of clubs based on his guidance and felt confident in the decision by the time I left. On top of that, he even carried the clubs out to my car, which was such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond touch. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back. Not only to improve my swing with lessons, but also just to have fun booking a bay. After this experience, I’ll definitely be partial to PGA Superstore for all of my golf needs going forward. Highly recommend working with Kelly if you get the chance!

I live in Chattanooga and have always made the drive to buy my golf equipment from this store due to the great service I receive. Went in yesterday with my wife to buy her a putter for Christmas. STEPHEN TRULLEC was fantastic! He took the time to educate us and helped us dial in the perfect putter for my wife. Great store, great service I will keep coming back. 4/10/26 - I went back to the store yesterday to get fitted for a new set of irons. Stephen TRULLEC set me up with master fitter Kelly Carsh. Kelly was fantastic. He was able to analyze every aspect of my swing and narrowed it down to a couple of options. I appreciated the fact that he listened to me and was able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Great fitting experience. Thank you Stephen and Kelly. Always worth the drive up from Chattanooga
